I feel like a bad Mom when Austin is crying because I think he looks really cute and I usually giggle at him instead of coming to his aid right away. He climbed into the cabinet about a month ago and couldn't figure out how to get down. He got even more upset when I started taking pictures and laughing instead of rescuing him.

LOL ok I'm glad I'm not the only one. They are SO CUTE even when they cry... and those "help me, I'm stuck!" cries are not mortal danger, anyway. I think a little laughter helps them realize the difference!
I am SO the same way with my kids. Landon got his head stuck in our bookcase the other day (It has open sides kind of like stair railing) while I was on the phone and I couldn't help but laugh at him a little. Hopefully you didn't leave Austin in there the whole month... that might be a little much. :)
