I had such a good time teaching this class. It was really fun having four of my students from my course 1 come back to learn more. All of them showed great talent in course 1 and it was really neat to see them expand their talent. I really loved working with the royal icing and teaching all the flowers.

Are you teaching course one again? I still haven't given up my dream of taking a class. Next semester Derrick only has one class so I can do it!! Are you teaching in Jan or Feb? email me!
