I got two new shirts yesterday. I had a coupon for Old Navy and I got two for $3.50. I wore one to church. I love having new clothes, they always fit nice.

I made baby booties. They were a lot harder than the hat. I am working on a sleeper now.

Baby hat

Classes are going well. I think I will really hate my media law and ethics class. The teacher is a lawyer and he mentioned it 8 times the first day of class and 5 times this class. There were some interesting things brought up but he has a monotone voice. I think I will really like my sewing class. I made these two hats today. The first one will be turned in and the second will be for extra credit. I had to start over on the first one because my sewing machine jammed really bad on the last step and all the threat and material got tangled. I still finished two hats before some people finished their one though. I am working on booties next. They will be red also with white trim. I tried to pick out material that would be good for boys and girls. I also like my voice class. I am working on a song from "Chess" I don't like the song very much because the girl is too indecisive. The teacher is funny though. I also just got Haley Sheelers second CD. www.HALEYSHEELER.com I like it more than her first one. I miss going to her gigs. Everyone should check her stuff out, it's a fun CD.

Carrie sent me a few great websites that have good recipes that are healthy. They even list the points each serving is worth so it is good if you are doing weight watchers. http://homecooking.about.com

Today Jeff and I were called to be the head of the Activities committee. We weren't really surprised because the current couple in charge told us they were going to recommend us to the bishop. It will be a lot of fun.

I don't have much to take pictures of so I thought I'd show you what I've been up to. I grew the green plant and Pattie gave me the purple one. And this is Jeff hosting DOTA. I got to talk to my Grandma Gampe today. It was fun talking to her. I went to weight watchers today too. I mostly wanted to get the books. I don't think I'll go back but I will use the point system. I thought the meeting was a little cheesy and they kept using phrases I already know like nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, or you have to hold yourself accountable for what you eat. It also scared me a bit that all the women there were overweight. I think I'm better off using the program but doing it on my own. Kendra, from my ward was there and she doesn't want to go to the meetings either so I will probably use her for support. I'm excited to start fresh tomorrow. Jeff and I saw Teribethia today. It made me cry. It wasn't what I expected but I would see it again. I really liked it a lot.
For Easter Jeff and I went to see Sarah and Conrad and Patti and Clint. I dyed eggs and we went to Joel and Mirra's wedding reception. Conrad dared me to dance with Grandpa and I did. I think it shocked him. It was a lot of fun. Patti gave me a plant and I got some English Daisy seeds at Walmart yesterday. I am becoming quite the little gardener. I got the fabric I need for my sewing class. It was fun picking out fabric with Patti. Other than that I have been working on Carrie's business card and stationary. I'm excited for school to start. Friday is my last day at Melaleuca, woot!

Jeff took me shopping for our date on Friday. I got a pair of pants that I can wear to campus in the summer. I picked out this shirt for him. It was really cheap at the Gap. It is really fun dressing him up. It was really sweet and it made me feel good to have a pair of pants that fit really well. Doesn't he look adorable!

These are the invitations I am working on for a baby shower. I think there is something missing on the tags but I don't know what to do.
