Jenne` & Jace's Wedding

On Saturday my little sister was married in the Salt Lake City Temple. It was a beautiful wedding. Jenne` was breathtaking in her dress and Jace looked so handsome. We had a luncheon on Friday and then the wedding and reception were the following day. It was very cold but we were lucky enough to get some pictures between bouts of rain. Jenne` picked out our dress fabric and we each got to pick out our patterns. My Mom made all of our dresses. We all helped but she did the majority of the work. Thanks Mom! It was so much fun staying in a hotel together. We gave Nay presents the night before her wedding and we also gave Laurel and Dane some presents for their baby girl. One of my favorite parts of the trip was seeing Laurel pregnant. She was there for me during my entire pregnancy and birth of Austin and we had to move away before she got pregnant. I loved seeing her baby girl move and she even let me touch her stomach...a lot! hehe I hope I didn't make her feel uncomfortable but I love prego bellies. These pictures were taken by Tiff, I didn't bring my camera.

Little Miss Chloe

We love our cat. She isn't your ordinary cat. She is a lot smaller then most cats, she likes to be held in odd positions and she likes to have her tummy rubbed. She also likes to play. Sometimes Austin will try to touch her paw and she will just lift it up out of the way and then he will try to touch the other one and she just lifts it up out of the way. She usually does this for about 30 seconds before slapping him in the head. Austin laughs so hard and it is really fun to watch. I have been trying to get a video of it because it is so funny but I haven't been able to. I finally got a few pictures.

Tiny Jeep

We usually keep the car seat in our car because it gets better miles per gallon and I drive more then Jeff. Austin loves to ride in the Jeep. He is still trying to figure out how to say it. I found this smaller Jeep toy at a garage sale and got it for $1.00. He loves pushing it around. He also puts his stuffed animals in it and pushes them around.

Tonka Truck

I've been going to garage sales looking for some toys that Austin could play with outside. One of the things that I was really keeping my eye out for was a tonka truck. A large one that was metal and really heavy duty. I got this one for $10.00 and Austin loves it. I was going to wait to give it to him until his birthday but he saw it. I'd rather he play with it this summer anyway. After I got it he insisted that he sit in it while he ate his lunch. It was really funny. I didn't have my camera with me but I got some pictures of him playing with it in the back yard. He is so cute!

Happy Hallow Park

Jeff and I took Austin to the park for a friend's birthday party. It was a lot of fun. I made the cake http://www.iholdallthecards.blogspot.com there are pictures on my card blog. It is the cake the looks like a racing track. If you want a print of the 4th one down just let me know. I am considering using it for his 20 month pictures. If you don't like that one then just let me know and I'll do another photo shoot.

Little Helper

Austin has become quite the little helper. He likes to help play with the kitty, unload the laundry, pick up his toys and brush his hair. He says more words every day and he likes to give hugs and kisses. When I pick him up sometimes he pats me on the back. He still loves to read books and he has started to actually play with his toys more and more. He was biting through his binks so we decided to get rid of them since it was dangerous. We had him say goodbye and we threw it away. He cried for a little bit but for the most part it has been a pretty good transition. He still loves nursery. He hasn't ever gotten upset when we drop him off.  A few weeks ago the nursery leader told me he cried a little because all the other kids in the class were crying. I guess he felt left out or sad for them and decided to join in.

Wilton Course 3

I am really sad that my course 3 class is over. I became close with the ladies in my class. Some of them I've known for a year now and they took all my classes. It was such a fun class to teach. I was really impressed with how their cakes turned out.
