Here is what is done on the baby dress so far. I need to add the sleeves and ribbon around the waist. I also have to decide how to fasten the back. I think I will do some nice buttons. Maybe some small round white ones. Let me know what you think I should do for the back. I also don't know if I should use the ribbon to put along the edge of the sleeves. It is a little thick, should I find the same color but a little smaller?

I think it would look cute without sleeves. I also think that it is hard to get a baby to lay on their stomach while you button their clothes. Most of Sydney's dresses had zippers or snaps. You could always have fake buttons. It looks really pretty though. Good job!
I like it without sleeves too. Lee is right about a baby with the buttons, but I found that it isn't that big of a deal with a dress that isn't worn that often. Plus you don't have to take it off to change diapers. Great job. It is really pretty.
