Happy Valentines Day

This year's Valentines Day was a little sad. Jeff was out of town. He had to do some recruiting at Purdue for his company. I was jealous. He got to visit our old friends in West Lafayette. Austin and Bennett were my Valentines. We made and decorated sugar cookies and brought them around to our friends who wouldn't have anyone to celebrate with.

This is a picture I took with my phone while we were waiting for the tags for the Jeep. It took me seven hours total to get the new tags. One thing after another kept going wrong.  

Since Jeff was out of town on Valentines Day, we celebrated early. We went to a ceramic shop in Davie Called color me mine. You go and pick out a ceramic piece. Then you paint it and they fire it for you. We still haven't picked up the finished product yet but we had a lot of fun. I did the vase and Jeff did the Froggy "piggy" bank for Bennett. 

While Jeff was out of town Austin decided to paint a wall mural. Luckily it is behind his window curtain so I haven't finished scrubbing it off. The paint is really cheap so it just rubs off. I'm going to have Jeff ask the maintenance man if he has extra paint since I don't speak spanish.
