Don't worry we are all fine and the house is fine. We got 12 inches of rain in an hour on Saturday. I've never seen rain or flooding as bad as that in my entire life. I was driving home when it started. Thank goodness for the Jeep. I was really nervous. Some parts of the road were flooded over the tires of the SUV in front of me. I think the construction was the culprit. Our road and driveway got some flooding too. Our drain was clogged so I put my crocks on and walked out and pulled all the junk out of the drain. The landscaping guys across the street got a kick out of it but after they saw how well it drained they did the same on their side of the street.

Little Update
This picture were taken before the fourth of July but I'm just now getting around to posting them.
Bennett loves our cat. We are still working on teaching him soft touches. We had a family home evening on compassion on Monday. The lesson had a story about a little boy who took care of a kitten. Throughout the story Bennett and Chloe fought and cried. Don't feel bad for Chloe. She was the instigator. He was sitting on the floor playing nicely and she came over and brushed her tail all over his face.
Bennett has been doing better walking. He takes three or four steps in a row before he chickens out and sits down. Austin and Bennett have been doing a lot better playing together. Austin likes to make him laugh. They play a game where Austin or Bennett throws a ball and they both go to get it. Austin can swim on his own. We have a few more weeks of swim lessons left so we will keep going but I won't sign him up for a class after this one finishes.
Our front yard has grass. I also cut back a huge bush in the front yard so we will be able to plant even more grass. Next month we shouldn't really have anything to put out for Bulk pickup. We are very excited. Our house doesn't look like a short sale anymore! I still have a lot of after pictures to post. I'll try to get on that soon.

4th of July
We had a great 4th of July. We finished painting the Master Bedroom and we got to have fireworks! The Master bedroom was the last room that we needed to paint. It took us all day to do because Jeff and I took turns taking care of the kiddos and painting. We had a fun day though and the kids loved the Davie 4th of July celebration. They had horses and goats and a calf and face painting and some craft booths. They also had a band. The best thing of all was the fireworks. They were the best show I've ever seen and the boys loved it too. I was worried that Bennett would be afraid but he loved them.
This is the face Bennett makes when he is focusing on something really hard. He is trying to figure out how to put the phone charger adapter into the charger. He loves to try to figure out Austin's toys or plug in the charger for the laptop.
I spent most of the show watching the kids' faces. They loved it and I loved watching them.
